of Violations Regarding
Inspection Sticker, License Registration,
Expired Driver's License
For offenses occurring December 1, 2005, to December 31, 2007:
You may present proof of correction of an inspection sticker
(inspection sticker must not have been expired for more than
60 days), license registration (must pay penalty fee to the County), and expired driver’s license
violations to the Municipal Court Clerk within ten (10) working days from the date of
the ticket and request a dismissal. Payment of an administration
fee of $10.00 on each case is due at that time.
For offenses occurring January 1, 2008, and later:
Please contact Stafford Municipal Court for new requirements and dismissal fees.
