Health Department
Food permits are necessary to protect the public health by establishing and enforcing requirements for food service operations including caterers working within the city limits. The City’s Health Inspector makes on-site inspections on a rotation basis and by report/request. All catering operations must be permitted through the City of Stafford.
Roadside and mobile vendors are prohibited.
